What this site does not collect

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. It asks for no name, email, or address, because there is nothing here to sign up for. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.

The LLC cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The state you pick and the total it shows are never sent anywhere, and nothing about them is stored.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and to protect against attacks and abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Two kinds of request reach this site's own code instead of a stored page: the affiliate redirect described below, and any address that matches no page. Cloudflare writes a record of those requests into our account, keeps it for up to 7 days, then deletes it. The record holds the address requested, the browser's user agent string, the network the request came from, the IP address, and any cookie the browser sends with it. We read it for one purpose: to tell automated crawlers apart from readers on the affiliate links, because the affiliate network reports a click without any of that detail. It is not tied to a name, not used to build a profile, and not shared. Ordinary page views are served from Cloudflare's storage without reaching that code, and leave no such record.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which guides people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and processes your IP address, and it loads only after the page has finished rendering. Google's own privacy terms cover what they do with that data. A browser-level ad or tracker blocker prevents it from loading, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Affiliate links

Filing guides link to Northwest Registered Agent. Those links point at this domain first, at an address beginning with /go/, which then forwards you to Northwest through the affiliate network Awin. The forward carries a code naming the state, the entity type, and which button you used. It carries nothing about you: no name, no email, no identifier.

Once you arrive, Northwest and Awin set their own cookies to credit the referral, and their privacy terms govern what happens from that point. You can reach Northwest directly without using our link, and every state guide shows the free path through the state's own portal.

Children

This site is written for people forming a business and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.
